Data Deletion Instructions

Vianexu builds and operates several apps that use Meta's Login and Graph API to publish content to Instagram/Facebook accounts on behalf of clients who request our social media automation services. This page applies to any of our apps and explains how to remove your data from our systems.

1. Revoke app access (immediate)

You can immediately stop any of our apps from accessing your Instagram or Facebook account at any time:

• Open Instagram or Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites (or Accounts Center → Apps and websites)
• Find the app you connected (its name was shown to you when you granted access, e.g. during setup with your Vianexu contact)
• Select Remove / Remove Access

This immediately revokes our access token, so we can no longer read or publish to that account.

2. Request full data deletion

To also have any data we stored about you or your account permanently deleted from our systems, email hello@vianexu.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including the Instagram/Facebook username or Page name.

We will confirm your identity, delete the associated data (profile information, connected account tokens, stored content and history), and reply to confirm completion — normally within 30 days.
