Vianexu provides artificial intelligence, automation, social media management and web development services as described in the commercial proposals accepted by the client. Specific services, timelines and conditions are defined individually in each proposal.
Fees are agreed upon in the commercial proposal and must be paid according to the conditions set out therein. Non-payment within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services. Monthly plans have a minimum term of 3 (three) months, with automatic renewal unless cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Projects developed exclusively for the client become the client's property upon full payment. Frameworks, libraries and reusable components created by Vianexu remain the intellectual property of the company.
Vianexu undertakes to keep client confidential information strictly private. Likewise, the client agrees not to disclose Vianexu's proprietary methodologies, processes and technologies to third parties.
Vianexu is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the month in which the event occurred.
Some services rely on third-party platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Google, and others). Vianexu is not responsible for interruptions, policy changes or discontinuation of these external platforms.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 (thirty) days' written notice. In the event of a material breach, the affected party may terminate immediately and seek proportional compensation for damages incurred.
Vianexu reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance by email.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved before the competent courts of the country where the client is established, in accordance with applicable local law.
