About the service
Sportsmercato gathers public data on players, clubs and competitions and offers tools for agents and scouts. It is a test version: it may change, be interrupted or be shut down.
Data may be wrong
The data comes from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We do not guarantee accuracy. Always confirm with the club, the player or official sources before any negotiation or decision.
Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice. Agent and transfer regulations change: check the current rules of FIFA and your federation.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what you record in your account. Do not use the service for illegal activity, to send spam, to try to access other people’s accounts or to copy the data at scale.
Your content
What you record (notes, commissions, lists, etc.) remains yours. You authorise us only to store it and show it to you, and in the lists you choose to share.
Images and marks
Photos belong to their authors and are shown under the licences listed on the credits page. Crests and logos belong to the clubs and competitions and appear for identification only. If something should be removed, contact us.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the data or from the service being unavailable.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms and suspend accounts that break the rules. You can delete your account at any time in My area.
