Vianexu ("we", "us") is a business based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, operating this website and providing automation, social media management and app-development services to clients. You can reach us at hello@vianexu.com.
Website visitors: when you submit our contact form we store the name, email address and message you provide, so we can reply to you. We also use lightweight, first-party analytics (page views, referrer, approximate location from IP) to understand site traffic.
Clients using our social media / automation services: where a client authorizes us to manage their Instagram or Facebook Page(s) (via Meta's Login and Graph API), we access only the data needed to provide the agreed service — for example basic profile information, connected Pages, media the client asks us to publish, and performance insights. We do not access or store data belonging to a client's followers or audience beyond aggregate, non-identifying metrics.
We never sell personal data, and we do not use client data for advertising or share it with third parties except the service providers strictly necessary to operate (e.g. Meta's Graph API to publish content the client asked us to publish, or AI providers used to draft/process content under the client's direction).
We keep data only for as long as needed to provide the service or to meet legal obligations, and delete it sooner on request (see below).
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. Clients who connected an Instagram or Facebook account can also revoke our app's access directly from their Meta account settings at any time. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, including restricted access and secure storage of credentials.
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
