By using this website or engaging Vianexu ("we", "us") for automation, social media management, app-development or related services, you agree to these terms.
We provide business automation, content and social-media management (including publishing to Instagram/Facebook on a client's behalf via Meta's official APIs), custom apps and tools, and related digital services, as agreed individually with each client.
Where a client authorizes us, through Meta's Login flow, to connect an Instagram or Facebook Page, the client confirms they are the owner or an authorized administrator of that account and grants us permission to access and publish content to it strictly for the purpose of the agreed service. The client may revoke this access at any time from their Meta account settings, which immediately stops any further action by us on that account.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information and access they provide, for ensuring content published on their behalf complies with the relevant platform's own policies (e.g. Meta/Instagram's Terms and Community Standards), and for reviewing content before or as agreed in our service arrangement.
Fees for services are agreed individually with each client before work begins.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. reach, engagement or sales) resulting from automation or social media activity, as these depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platform policies and algorithms.
Either party may end an engagement at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination we stop all account access and, on request, delete the client's data as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
