1. Service Description

Vianexu offers a social media content management and publishing platform, specifically for Instagram, using the official Meta API. The service allows users to create and publish images and carousels directly to their professional Instagram accounts.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• Your Instagram account must be Business or Creator type.
• You must have legal authority to use the linked Instagram account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to publish content that violates Instagram/Meta Community Policies, spam, deceptive content, impersonation, illegal activities, or third-party copyrighted content without permission.

4. Meta / Instagram Integration

Our platform operates through the official Meta API, subject to Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Community Policies.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you publish. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process and transmit content to the Instagram API on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vianexu is not responsible for failures in the Meta API, content that violates third-party rights, data loss from technical failures outside our control, or Instagram account suspensions by Meta.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of significant changes.
